Grand Teton National Park & Jackson Hole

Angie and I just returned home from a 10 day trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. We spent the first 3 days of our trip in Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. Here are a few images to enjoy.

Sunrise light and the Teton Range from the Glacier View Overlook. Grand Teton (13770 feet) is just right of center.

We started of our time in Jackson with an awesome whitewater rafting trip on the Snake River. Here is a link to photos of our raft running the Lunch Counter Rapid. In the photos we are at the back of the raft.

Later that day we went on a driving trip around Grand Teton National Park.

We spent the following day seeing all of the sights around Jackson, Wyoming. Jackson is a really cool and outdoorsy town nestled at the base of the Tetons.

Later that evening we took the gondola up from Jackson Hole to eat dinner at The Deck restaurant. You get to ride the gondola for free if you eat dinner at the restaurant. Surprisingly the prices at The Deck were really no different than anywhere else in Jackson.

Table with a view....awesome!

Another gondola arriving. The place was packed.

We have many more photos to come. Check back here soon.
